- 2 pounds of peeled and deveined shrimp
- 2 tablespoons of Fresh Jax VamPepper Garlic Blend (affiliate link)
- 4 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 10 ounces of fresh baby spinach
- salt and pepper
Toss/coat shrimp with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of Fresh Jax VamPepper Garlic Blend. In a large skillet over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of butter, and minced garlic. Add shrimp to skillet, stirring frequently until shrimp is cooked. Sauté baby spinach in a separate pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Plate 4-5 shrimp on a bed of sautéed spinach. Enjoy!
