This is a recipe we have been making the last couple of years that my kids absolutely love! Fair warning: SUGAR OVERLOAD!
Ingredients:
- 11 cups of Rice Chex (affiliate link)
- 1 cup of gluten free pretzels twists (We use Savor Street Pretzel Twists or Snyder Gluten Free Pretzel Twists (affiliate link).)
- 2-3 cups of Christmas M&M’s (affiliate link)
- 24 ounces of white chocolate (We use Nestle Tollhouse White Chocolate Morsels (affiliate link).)
- powdered sugar
Directions:
Put the Rice Chex, M&M’s and pretzels into a large mixing bowl. Mix it all together until it is all evenly distributed. Melt the white chocolate until it is smooth with no lumps. After melting the white chocolate, drizzle the white chocolate over the mixture in the large bowl. Mix all together until it is combined. Place this onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and put it into the refrigerator for one hour. After one hour, break the mixture into medium sized pieces. Place these pieces in a ziploc bag. Once all of the pieces are in a ziploc bag, pour some powder sugar in and shake it up. Enjoy!
