Tagliatelle with Alfredo Sauce

  • 1/2 stick of unsalted butter
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 1/2 cups of Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
  • Gluten Free Pasta (We used Charlie’s Table Tagliatelle.)


In a medium saucepan melt the butter on a medium to low heat. Add the heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and Parmesan cheese. Whisk quickly until it’s combined. Stir in the parsley. Pour over the pasta and mix it all together.
