Vegetable Chopped Liver

·       16 oz can of green peas (drained)

·       16 oz can string beans (drained)

·       2 hard boiled eggs

·       1 medium onion sautéed in a small amount of olive oil

·       ½ cup chopped walnuts

·       salt

·       pepper

·       garlic powder



Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor. This can be made a day ahead. Add more salt, pepper and garlic powder for taste. Featured here with an assortment of gluten free crackers: Crunchmaster, Kame Rice Crackers and Nut Thins.
