Ingredients:
- 1 bag of split peas
- 5 carrots (chopped)
- 3 celery stalks (chopped)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a large pot. Cover with 6-8 cups of water (depending on preferred consistency). Add three vegetable bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil and lower heat. Cover with a lid and simmer until soft (about an hour or so).
