Spider Cookies

  • 1 package of gluten free cookies (We used Glutino Chocolate Chip Cookies (affiliate link).)
  • 1 package of miniature Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
  • white  and dark chocolate morsels and mini dark/milk chocolate morsels (We use Nestle Tollhouse Morsels.)


Lay white chocolate morsels flat on parchment paper. Melt in the oven on a low heat for a of couple of minutes or in the microwave for 30 seconds or so.  Take the mini dark or milk chocolate morsel and turn upside down (point down) and push gently into the slightly melted white chocolate morsel. Allow to harden. Melt dark chocolate morsels in a microwave safe bowl. Put melted chocolate into a piping bag with a small tip. Take one miniature Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup and add to the center of the cookie using the melted chocolate to help it stick. Then add legs with the piping bag of dark melted chocolate. Lastly attach the eyes to the peanut butter cup.
