Ingredients:

  • 1 box of Powdered Donuts (We used Katz’s Donuts (affiliate link).)
  • 1 box of Chocolate Donut Holes (We used Katz’s Donut Holes.)
  • white chocolate and dark chocolate morsels; mini dark/milk chocolate morsels (We use Nestle Tollhouse Morsels.)
  • food coloring (We use Chef Master Liqua-Gels(affiliate link).)

Directions:

Lay white chocolate morsels flat on parchment paper. Melt in the oven on a low heat for a of couple of minutes or in the microwave for 30 seconds or so.  Take the mini dark or milk chocolate morsels and turn upside down (point down) and push gently into the slightly melted white chocolate morsel. Allow to harden. Take one chocolate donut hole and place it in the center of the powdered donut. Melt the dark chocolate morsels in a microwave safe bowl and put it into a piping bag with a small tip. Attach the eyes with a tiny bit of the dark chocolate in the piping bag to make them stick. Then use the piping bag of dark chocolate to create the spider legs on the donut.
