- Gluten Free Pretzel Sticks (We use Snyders Gluten Free Pretzel Sticks.)
- Mini Marshmallows
- Semi-Sweet Chocolate (We use Nestle Tollhouse Morsels.)
Melt the chocolate morsels in a microwave safe bowl. Insert a long toothpick into the top of the strawberry for easy dipping later. Break the pretzel sticks in half and add a mini marshmallow to the broken side. Dip the marshmallow into the melted chocolate and adhere it to the side of the strawberry. You may need to hold it for a bit while it hardens. Do the same thing to the other side of the strawberry. Lay onto a baking sheet with parchment paper and once all the strawberries have the pretzel/marshmallow attached, refrigerate until they are all completely hardened. Take out of the refrigerator and using the long toothpick, dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate and let the excess drip off. Lay them back onto the baking sheet with parchment paper and refrigerate until hardened and ready to serve.
