Three Bean Salad

•2- 15 ounce cans of chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
•2- 15 ounce cans of red kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
•2-  14.5 ounce cans of cut green beans (drained)
•1/2 cup of sliced onions
•1/2 cup of chopped red pepper
•3/4 cup of sugar
•2/3 cup of white vinegar
•1/2 cup of vegetable oil
•1 teaspoon of salt
•1 teaspoon of pepper

Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Toss lightly. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Drain before serving.
